Susan Caplan
Susan Caplan, President, has over 25 years of a solid business background.  With excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, Susan has created marketing and corporate communication strategies in both the packaged goods and service industries.

Prior to creating SC Associates, LLC, Susan exhibited a proven track record as a skilled business communication/marketing specialist with 20 years of experience at Allstate Insurance Company and Beatrice Foods (Home Specialty Division). 

Susan has given numerous presentations for the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, DePaul University Graduate Program, Loyola University, the American Marketing Association (AMA), Women in Technology Institute (WITI) and the Midwest Springboard Women Venture Capital Forum.  In addition, she is a founding member and serves on the Executive Board of Directors for Progressive Services Network which provides opportunities for adults with special needs.
